Neurofeedback

What is Neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback is a type of brain training that uses real-time feedback to enable you to regulate your brain activity. This is typically done through the use of sensors, called electrodes, placed on the head to measure electrical activity in the brain.

This electrical activity is associated with your different levels of consciousness and alertness and it can provide insights about your current mental state.

As a result, with practice and consistency, your brain will learn to be in an optimal state – to improve focus, reduce stress and anxiety, and even enhance physical performance.

How Neurofeedback Can Help Athletes

Improves focus

Improves self-control over your mood

Improves reaction time
Helps with balance and coordination

Improves sleep quality

Myndlift

Myndlift is a neuroscience-based, brain training system that we use to conduct Neurofeedback . Unlike traditional Neurofeedback systems, it is simplified into a headband that can easily be placed on the head with a single electrode, making it ideal for at-home or in office use.

Myndlift uses QEEG to measure the brain’s electrical activity. It separates the raw brain activity into distinct brainwaves that may be associated with a particular mental state. This data shows brain function in different areas which can explain different symptoms that a client may be experiencing. After analyzing QEEG Myndlift is then used to create protocols that will help alleviate adverse symptoms and promote better brain function.
